No-Show Policy
At Parkway Dentistry, our priority is to provide exceptional, high-quality dental care to every patient. To ensure we can offer timely appointments and respect the time of both our patients and clinical team, we have established the following Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
By scheduling an appointment with Parkway Dentistry, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Appointment Scheduling & Notice Requirements
Appointments are reserved specifically for each individual patient and require dedicated clinical time and resources.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of forty-eight (48) business hours’ notice.
Please note:
- Business hours do not include days when the office is closed.
- We are unable to return phone calls, texts, or emails outside of regular business hours.
- Messages received outside of business hours will be considered received on the next business day.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
To account for the time reserved and the inability to offer short-notice openings to other patients, the following fees apply:
- Appointments canceled with less than 48 business hours’ notice:
$85.00 cancellation fee - No-show appointments:Â
- $85.00 for appointments scheduled Monday through Thursday
- $125.00 for appointments scheduled on Friday or Saturday
- Saturday appointments canceled with less than 48 business hours’ notice:$125.00 cancellation fee
Saturday appointments are in high demand and limited availability; therefore, higher fees apply when these appointments are missed or canceled on short notice.
Insurance & Payment Responsibility
- Are not covered by insurance
- Will be applied directly to your account
- Must be paid prior to or at your next visit
Repeated Missed Appointments
Patients who experience two (2) or more no-show appointments or short-notice cancellations may be required to provide a deposit to secure future appointments.
- The deposit will be applied toward the scheduled visit.
- This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all patients.
